Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Regional CDL A Delivery Driver to deliver to regional chain restaurants from Belcamp, MD. You will build relationships with customers, handle nightly routes, and often return home most nights with 1–2 overnights weekly.

Responsibilities include unloading cases up to 100 lbs with a ramp and two-wheeler. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply; overnight hotel stays are provided where needed.

Regional CDL A Delivery Driver

Location: 1208 Belmar Dr, Belcamp, MD 21017

Welcome to Gordon Food Service! We are excited that you are thinking about opportunities with us. This role involves building relationships with customers while delivering essential food products to regional chain restaurants. Night shifts and regional routes mean you’ll be home most nights, with 1 or 2 overnights required each week. You’ll unload cases up to 100 lbs, using a ramp and two‑wheeler throughout your shift. Newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Guaranteed a minimum of $1200 a week

Schedule: 4‑5 night work week with overnights

• Sunday‑Friday. Nights will vary. Start times are between 9:00 pm‑11:00 pm.
• One and two night routes
• Overnights are spent in a hotel paid for by GFS

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL License at hire
• Ability to operate a two‑wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment with us effective January 6th, 2020.
