Job summary

Bright Horizons oversees multi-site camp operations, seeking a dedicated leader to direct teams, programs, and partnerships across locations. You will recruit and develop seasonal leaders, foster strong relationships with families and community partners, and maintain safe, welcoming environments where children learn, explore, and thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of supervisory, camp, education, or childcare experience required.
• Experience leading multi-site teams preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned region and work on-site during camp operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support seasonal camp leadership teams across multiple locations while creating safe, engaging, and inclusive experiences for campers, families, and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach seasonal employees, helping build strong teams and a positive camp culture.
• Build relationships with families, schools, and community organizations while promoting camp programs and growing enrollment.
• Oversee camp operations, including staffing, compliance, budgeting, logistics, and vendor partnerships, to help programs run smoothly.
• Provide leadership and support during day-to-day operations, responding to challenges, resolving concerns, and ensuring exceptional experiences for campers and families.
