Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular schedule and performs other duties as assigned.
• Manages staff in Business Services and provides technical guidance to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversees recruiting, interviews, hiring, and timekeeping; plans work and sets priorities.
• Leads development and implementation of customer service guidelines and ensures policy compliance.
• Prepares management reports, audits, studies, and forecasts to improve services and respond to inquiries.
• Represents Regional Administrative Services on committees and with external contacts.
