Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Business Office Specialist in Colorado to oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and HR admin functions. The candidate will act as BOD when needed and must be willing to travel extensively across communities.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years as a business office director in senior living, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience. Competitive salary offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, payroll or human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years as a business office director or equivalent in senior living (Oakmont experience a plus).
• 3+ years supervising and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and HR administrative functions per company policies.
• Serve as Business Office Director in the absence of the community BOD.
• Travel up to 95% with flexibility to spend weeks/months at communities as needed.
