Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Business Office Specialist to oversee business office functions in Colorado. The role includes managing AR, AP, payroll, and administrative HR tasks, with travel up to 95% and the expectation to serve as BOD in their absence.

The ideal candidate will reside in Colorado, hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, payroll, or HR, and have prior senior living industry experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to count and perform moderately complex math, and read budgets and financial reports.
• Highly motivated and able to work with little direction at times or with instruction at other times.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Office Director in the absence of the community's BOD.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and administrative Human Resources functions per company policies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, payroll or human resources, or a related field
