Position Overview
We’re looking for aBusiness Development Executiveto lead Propwell’s expansion efforts in targeted high-opportunity markets. Your primary mission is to build strong relationships with real estate investors, asset managers, and industry partners to drive growth in managed units and investment volume.
This is astrategic sales role—ideal for someone who thrives on building trust, adding value, and closing deals with confidence. You’ll have access to a mix of warm inbound opportunities and tools, but your success will be driven by your ability to source and grow arobust referral and partner network.
· Maintain an agreed upon close rate on qualified opportunities
· Target 250+ new units annually
·Conduct 3–5 weekly meetings with industry stakeholders (brokers, developers, owners, etc.)
·Generate 5–7 qualified new leads per week through referral and outbound efforts
·Deliver a high standard of Propwell brand representation in your market
·Operate in alignment with Propwell’s values: Transparency, Innovation, Hustle, Ownership, and Long-Term Thinking
