Position: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote - Washington (must be based and licensed in Washington)

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic leader to guide and grow our team of licensed real estate agents, focusing on recruitment of top producers, brokerage operations, and agent support.

Scope of Work
  1. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and state regulations.
  2. Implement and refine policies to ensure operational efficiency and best practices.
  3. Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
