Position: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote - Washington D.C. (must be based and licensed in D.C.)

Role Overview

Seeking a dynamic leader to guide and grow a team of licensed real estate agents, focusing on recruitment of top producers. This role combines brokerage operations oversight with high-impact agent acquisition.

Scope of Work
  1. Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, risk management, and regulations.
