Job summary

AFL is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage the Broadband Services region. You will develop operating strategies, oversee budgets and P&L, and ensure high-quality installation, repair, and splicing services.

You will coordinate with ITC and AFL clients, plan multiple projects, and mentor supervisors to build a strong, performance-driven team. The role requires a BA/BS, 5+ years in telecom staffing, and strong knowledge of electrical codes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in the staffing industry preferably the telecom industry.
• Solid knowledge of electrical codes and standards relative to residential or commercial communications.
• Typing 45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Develop business operating strategies for the Broadband Services organization under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.
• Manage budgets for specific broadband service regional areas and implement cost control measures.
• Oversee service offerings, repair service, maintenance, splicing and warehouse functions to ensure timely, high-quality services.
• Responsible for the Regional Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Regional Service Area.
• Provide leadership to identify key business drivers and ensure installation and maintenance functions meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with ITC’s clients and internal departments to align schedules, goals and timelines.
• Plan, organize and schedule multiple projects and staff to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and staff building a positive team culture.
• Forecast capacity, manage budgets, and participate in annual budgeting and expenditures.
