World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support across multiple US branches. You will lead branch teams, ensure exceptional service, and drive performance while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and strategic thinking to grow the branch network and promote World Finance products. Expect travel between branches and collaboration with local teams.
