World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership across multiple branches in the United States. You will mentor branch teams, ensure exceptional service, and promote products to support customers’ financial journeys.

The role requires a proven leadership track, strong communication, and a focus on compliance and performance goals across branches in your region, with travel as needed.

• Address customer needs holistically—from pairing them with the right loan products to assisting with tax services.
• Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services that support customers’ financial success.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure adherence to operational standards.
