Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk while leading and coaching branch teams to hit sales, service, and community goals.

The role drives growth, strengthens client relationships, and implements enterprise strategies at the branch level to support teammate success and long-term loyalty. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Mastery level knowledge within assigned discipline and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk, and maintaining controls.
• Lead, develop, and coach branch teams to achieve sales, service, and community goals.
• Drive branch growth, strengthen client relationships, and steward the bank’s presence.
• Implement enterprise strategies at the branch level to support teammate success and operational excellence.
• Oversee regional results and provide guidance to branch managers.
• Evaluate branch effectiveness through financial and activity reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
