World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Branch Manager to provide onsite leadership and operational support across multiple branches. You will mentor branch teams, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance while promoting our loan products and tax services.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team motivation, and a strategic approach to growth across a 16-state network.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve results.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to make customers and teams feel valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior management or leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Provide onsite management coverage and operational leadership across multiple branches as assigned.
