UES is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a local branch with P&L responsibility, operational leadership, and a focus on safety and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes accountability, profitability, and cross‑regional collaboration for long‑term regional success.

The position requires a strong engineering or physical sciences background, extensive management experience, and hands‑on oversight of projects, budgets, and staff development, with hybrid work in Mississippi.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or physical sciences (preferred).
• 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years managing an operation with $15M+ in revenue.
• Thorough knowledge in geotechnical engineering or environmental services.
• Strong written and oral communication, planning, organizing, and delegation skills.
• Experience using scheduling and cost control techniques.

Aufgaben

• Own Branch P&L and manage budgets, utilization, collections, and other costs.
• Oversee branch projects and daily office activities to sustain profitability.
• Partner with Safety teams to ensure staff training and PPE readiness.
• Manage Branch vehicle fleet and coordinate with Regional Fleet Director.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to sales innovation and business development.
• Serve on the Western Leadership Council and related organizations.
• Lead performance reviews and coach staff.
