UES is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead a high‑performing branch, drive profitability, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee operations, safety compliance, and staff development while shaping regional strategy and service delivery.

You will manage P&L, coordinate with safety and fleet teams, and pursue new markets to grow revenue. A engineering background and leadership experience are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or physical sciences.
• 10+ years of related experience with 5 years managing an operation with $15M+ in revenue.
• Thorough knowledge in geotechnical engineering or environmental services.
• Excellent written and oral communication, planning and delegation abilities.
• Experience in scheduling and cost control techniques.
• Ability to motivate, train, direct, coordinate, and engage a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Own Branch P&L, including budgets, utilization, collections, and costs.
• Oversee branch projects and daily office activities to sustain profitability.
• Partner with Safety teams to ensure staff training and PPE.
• Manage Branch vehicle fleet and coordinate with Regional Fleet Director.
• Survey marketplace to identify new clients and markets for services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Approve and execute letters, proposals, contracts, and reports within authority.
• Resolve concerns regarding projects, proposals, contracts, and technical matters.
• Ensure standard of care for all work assigned to the Branch.
• Coach, motivate, and supervise staff; foster development.
• Evaluate and deliver performance feedback for direct staff and others in the Branch.
• Collaborate with Regional HR on performance management and development.
• Contribute to sales innovation, strategic business development, and project profitability.
• Serve on the Western Leadership Council and in applicable professional organizations.
