Starting Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 /year based on experience PLUS $2,000 Annual Education Stipend!

Environment: Special Education Programs, Grades K-12

Regional Assignment: Contra Costa County - Pittsburg | San Pablo

  • Partnering with campus education teams to establish consistent data collection practices, analyze behavioral patterns, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions to improve effectiveness and responsiveness.
  • Conducting regular quality reviews across assigned campuses at the student, staff, classroom, and site levels, translating observations and performance data into actionable recommendations that strengthen service delivery.
  • Strengthening campus teams through engaging training on behavioral assessment, intervention, positive behavior supports, data collection, and crisis management, helping staff confidently apply effective practices in their daily work with students.
  • Providing guidance and supervision to staff pursuing Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) credentials, including RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA certification, in accordance with applicable supervision requirements and arrangements established with the Program Director or VP of Behavior Services.
  • Partnering with campus leaders to develop and implement targeted improvement plans, establish clear priorities, and monitor progress toward stronger student outcomes and greater staff effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary campus and regional teams during meetings to evaluate student needs, share behavioral expertise, and develop coordinated support strategies that connect assessment findings with practical classroom interventions.
  • Monitoring adherence to applicable Department of Education requirements and internal standards for educational and behavioral services, identifying areas needing attention and partnering with campus leaders to implement improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of assessments, intervention plans, student progress, staff training, and compliance activities to support continuity of services and informed decision‑making.
  • Supporting school operations throughout the assigned region by partnering with leaders to advance academic achievement, strengthen behavioral services, and promote staff development and retention through consistent guidance and collaborative problem‑solving.
