Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a BluePrint Program Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality support services across the region. The role requires regular travel to the St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Public Administration, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in case management, workforce development, employee assistance, behavior health, human services, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing staff; handling confidential information; monitoring documentation quality, compliance, and program operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day BluePrint operations for the assigned region, ensuring referrals are assigned and responded to within program timelines and caseloads are distributed for timely, effective service delivery.
• Conduct routine case file audits and review assessments, case notes, plans, and case closures to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with documentation and program standards.
• Monitor regional performance indicators such as referrals, enrollments, engagement, follow-up activity, and case closures.
• Identify operational concerns and support implementation of new procedures and initiatives.
