Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic BluePrint Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver confidential employee support services across the region. This role requires travel to the St.

Louis area for training and collaboration, with an emphasis on program quality and staff development. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in case management or workforce development, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Public Administration, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible case management/workforce development experience.
• 2+ years in supervision/leadership with staff training and coaching.
• Experience handling confidential employee/client information and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BluePrint operations for the region, ensure referrals are handled within timelines and caseloads are balanced.
• Conduct routine case file audits and review assessments, notes, plans, and closures for quality and compliance.
• Monitor regional performance indicators: referrals, enrollments, engagement, follow-ups, and closures.
• Identify operational concerns and coach the Program Manager on new procedures and initiatives.
• Carry a caseload of employees and provide trauma-informed, employee-centered case management guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies; liaise with site leadership and HR.
