Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a BluePrint Employee Support Specialist to join our BluePrint team. This on-site role involves supporting employees across multiple locations, traveling between sites to provide hands-on assistance per the 75% travel requirement.

The position offers an hourly, full-time schedule with an annualized pay range of $22–$24.50 per hour and a benefits package aligned with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in coaching, case management, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new hires within their first week to introduce BluePrint and build rapport.
• Maintain a consistent presence in employee common areas to foster accessibility and trust.
• Coordinate availability around employee shifts to ensure flexible, meaningful engagement.
• Facilitate the Pathways Assessment to identify employee needs, strengths, and opportunities.
• Utilize the Self-Sufficiency Matrix to assess stability across key life domains and assign a support level.
• Partner with employees to co-create personalized My BluePrint Plans with actionable goals.
• Coach employees using motivational interviewing/strengths-based techniques on financial planning, transportation, basic tech navigation, career advancement, or life challenges.
• Support goal setting using SMART principles and maintain accountability check-ins.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal and external resources; guide employees in accessing these supports.
• Log all interactions, goals, referrals, and time spent in Click.
• Monitor and reassess employee progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Participate in program evaluation efforts and outcome reporting.
