Job summary

Suffolk Construction seeks a Regional Manager for Digital Engineering in the USVI to lead VDC and Digital Delivery across projects, driving constructible certainty and KPI reporting. You will coordinate with Suffolk Design, operations, and clients to align workflows and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requires 8–10 years in VDC with strong leadership, Revit/Navisworks skills, and the ability to mentor teams. Relocation to St. Thomas may be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of VDC design/construction experience and progression in technical responsibilities.
• Proven success leading VDC on multiple large projects with various building types.
• Strong ability to mentor and train direct reports and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Digital Engineering, VDC, and Digital Delivery for USVI region projects.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans and Digital Engineering strategies aligned with client goals.
• Create and manage scopes, schedules, and budgets for Digital Engineering work.
• Coordinate 3D/4D/5D/6D/7D models through design, preconstruction, and construction phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and report KPIs to leadership.
