Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to lead our Billing Office and own revenue cycle performance across a state or region. You will supervise Nursing Home Billing, Private Insurance/Medicaid, QA, and CMNs, driving accurate billing and timely reimbursements while building strong relationships with nursing home customers.

Qualifications

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Billing Office team and oversee workflows.
• Drive third-party billing performance and reimbursements.
• Monitor AR, aging, documentation, and billing accuracy.
• Coach and performance manage team members.
• Establish productivity and quality expectations.
