Job summary

Northeast Delta Human Services Authority seeks an experienced Behavioral Health Assistant Regional Administrator to supervise regional clinical staff and therapeutic programs under the Integrated Care Model. You may oversee clinical services in the absence of the Behavioral Health Center Manager.

Applicants with licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) are encouraged, with a master's or doctorate in a related field and relevant health services experience preferred. Location: Monroe, LA.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master's degree in human or health services, social work, or related field; health care or behavioral health administration is acceptable.
• Alternatively a doctorate in a related field with clinical health experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs regional clinical staff and administrative personnel involved in integrated behavioral health services.
• Oversees clinical programs, contractors, and vendors, with disciplinary action responsibility when needed.
• Monitors compliance with federal/state grants and accreditation standards.
• Represents the agency in the region and with stakeholders to promote integrated care and outcomes.
