Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks a Regional Center Director (BCBA) to lead our Greenville Center and regional team in North Carolina. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, team development, and strategic impact without billable hour constraints.

You will mentor BCBAs, drive growth, ensure ethical ABA services, and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives. Compensation includes a base salary of $100,000–$115,000, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, and up to 20% annual

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience.
• Maintain LABA or other state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBAs and clinical teams.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Drive center performance, growth, and team engagement.
• Oversee operations and clinical compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy and initiatives.
• Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails.
