Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Regional Battery Sales Manager to lead and motivate Battery Route Sales representatives in the assigned territory, driving results with strong automotive sales experience. You will oversee financial reporting, inventory, credits, and vendor coordination, while partnering with Merchandising and Sales to ensure programs deliver ROI and grow the region.
A bachelor degree and 5–10 years of sales success, including 2–5 years in regional leadership, are preferred.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Battery Route Sales representatives and other team members in your assigned territory. You will provide strong developmental leadership to your team by relying on your experience and sales acumen to assist them to drive results.
