Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Regional Battery Sales Manager to lead a driven sales team across the territory. You will direct battery program processes, training, and performance management while coordinating with merchandising and finance to optimize revenue and returns.

The role requires strong automotive industry knowledge, a proven sales record, and the ability to travel up to half the time to manage customers and regional performance. Compensation is experience-based with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and 5–10 years of proven sales experience with 2–5 years in a regional leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to grow a region, close top opportunity accounts and develop a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry, battery programs, and related vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Battery Route Sales representatives and other team members in the assigned territory.
• Develop, train, and manage performance on battery program processes and procedures.
• Audit compliance and oversee financial reporting related to revenue, inventory, and returns.
• Partner with Merchandising on battery vendors regarding customer service, delivery, and accounts.
• Travel up to 50% to manage region and client base.
