Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Huntington Bank as a visible, engaged community leader.
• Aggressively prospect and acquire new profitable business relationships.
• Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of business clients.
• Analyze, structure, and close complex commercial loan transactions.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance on credits.
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and ensure compliance.
• Backup to Market Manager and contribute to market strategy.
