Job summary

PNC in Worthington, OH is seeking a Regional Banker/Teller to deliver proactive sales and exemplary customer service within the Retail Branch network. Based in Worthington, you will support the Columbus-North region and help customers achieve financial wellbeing.

In this in-office role, you will leverage technology and ecosystem partners to expand relationships, manage risk, and uphold PNC’s service standards while balancing efficiency and accuracy in daily branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
