Position Overview

As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Birmingham, to support multiple branches in PNC's Birmingham North Retail Market.

Job Description

  1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products that meet their needs. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer problems effectively, fostering loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations and transactions.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Skills include accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, proactive sales, and leveraging technology. Typically, 1+ years of related experience is required. Education can be no degree, with relevant experience substituting for formal education. No certifications are required. Candidates will undergo background checks as per regulations.
