As a full-time Branch Sales and Service Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Birmingham, supporting multiple branches in PNC's Birmingham North Retail Market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and recommend PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations and transactions.

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including:

  • Preferred Skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Opportunity Identification, Technology Leveraging, Proactive Sales.
  • Core Competencies: Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communication, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Prospecting, Retail Lending, Sales, Customer Needs Understanding.
  • Work Experience: Typically 1+ years of related experience; a degree is not required but a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
