As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Carlsbad, California.

Job Description

1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions and leverage partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences, lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, fostering loyalty.
5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and ensuring efficient and accurate branch operations.

• Pay Range: $43,160.00 – $61,750.00, varies by location and experience.
