Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced AVP – Regional to oversee multiple properties within a defined region. You will guide on-site teams, drive occupancy, revenue growth, and compliance across properties while maintaining resident satisfaction.

This senior leadership role requires hands-on coaching, budget oversight, lease-up experience, and the ability to travel frequently to properties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience as an AVP or Regional Manager.
• Lease‑up experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership for multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with SunRidge policies and standards.
• Prepare detailed annual budgets for assigned properties with input from on‑site managers and monitor budget variances.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop on‑site property managers and staff to foster high‑performing teams.
• Travel frequently to multiple on‑site properties to oversee operations and lease‑ups.
