Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President – Regional to oversee multiple properties within a defined region. This senior role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction while guiding on‑site teams and ensuring operational excellence.

The AVP will lead by example, coach property managers, and coordinate with corporate leadership to meet financial and regulatory goals across all properties. Travel is required as part of regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in multifamily property management with regional oversight.
• Experience as AVP or Regional Manager is preferred.
• Lease‑up experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in OneSite, Yardi, Bluemoon and MS Office; strong analytical ability.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage multiple priorities regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership for multiple properties and align with SunRidge standards.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, budgeting, and revenue growth across the region.
• Mentor on‑site managers, conduct training, and drive high‑performing teams.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies and market campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and Texas Property Code.
• Deliver weekly/monthly performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with corporate to address risks and opportunities.
