Job summary

Gateway Church is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, install, and maintain live production systems across a regional set of campuses. You will ensure healthy, standardized, scalable AVL infrastructure while aligning with IT and Facilities.

The role requires travel to campuses and active participation in weekend services and churchwide events. You will own wiring, signal flow, documentation, and cross-campus standardization, enabling interchangeable equipment and smooth operations during

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field with 3+ AVL years.
• Bachelor’s degree or AVL certification preferred.
• Experience in multisite church or multi-venue environment preferred.
• Strong documentation habits and standardization across locations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, installs, and maintains AVL systems across campuses.
• Owns wiring, signal flow, and infra docs for regional campuses.
• Troubleshoots complex issues escalated from Live Production Managers.
• Standardizes system configuration for interchangeable equipment.
• Supports campus builds, upgrades, and new launches.
• Travels to campuses; attends weekend services.
