Barge Design Solutions, Inc. is seeking a technical and discipline manager for our Aviation Group. You will coordinate with Project Managers to allocate resources, ensure optimal utilization and billable rates, and lead complex airport projects while maintaining client relationships.

Reporting to the Aviation Practice Leader, you will guide engineering design activities, support proposals, and mentor direct reports across a defined geographic region to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program and PE registration.
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience designing and delivering construction documents for airport projects.
• Solid technical knowledge of airport design and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engineering production leadership for a geographic aviation region.
• Act as subject matter expert for airport design and planning projects.
• Contribute technical input to proposals and Project Management Plans.
• Lead larger or complex airport projects as technical lead.
• Review procedures to ensure policy compliance and performance.
