Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in aviation engineering.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Airport Circulars and airport design.
• Established relationships with FAA and State Aeronautics personnel are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business development and project management tasks.
• Develop and negotiate contracts, and prepare project management plans.
• Ensure quality program implementation and act as liaison with clients.
