Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies seeks an energetic Regional Associate II to join Inland Securities Corporation and support the External Wholesaler within the assigned territory. You will help drive sales and marketing efforts and participate in building strong advisor relationships.

The role offers progression from Level 1 to Level 2, including running reports, assisting with training, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of Financial Services or related sales experience.
• FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• Proficiency using Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist External Wholesaler in sales and marketing within the territory.
• Schedule and manage territory calendar and meetings.
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to advisors in the region.
• Educate producers on investment solutions and portfolio developments.
• Help develop and execute wholesaling business plans.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and literature requests.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve client issues.
• Drive attendance to wholesaler meetings and firm events.
