Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio is seeking an OhioRISE Associate Director for Region I to oversee care coordination across Fairfield, Perry, Muskingum, Coshocton, Morgan, Guernsey, Noble, and Washington Counties. The role supports Care Coordination Managers in operational, administrative, and clinical functions while advancing our mission.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $97,500 to $107,500 annually based on experience, licensure, and education, with

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive leadership experience in a multisite setting or similar
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Two years of experience managing large budgets/projects and financial forecasting
• LSW/LPC preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Oversee OhioRISE care coordination across the assigned catchment area
• Support Care Coordination Managers in operational, administrative, and clinical functions
• Promote the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions
• Co-lead CME Quality Improvement Plan with CME Managing Director
• Coordinate CME stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration
• Travel as needed to fulfill duties and reach goals
• All other duties as assigned
