PMA Consultants seeks an Assistant Project Manager for ongoing projects in western Massachusetts. The successful candidate will work closely with the PMA Owner's Project Management team and be based in the region.

The role is full-time and multi-year, supporting project delivery from design through construction and closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, attending client meetings, producing meeting minutes, preparing progress reports and presentations, and assisting

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience supporting capital or municipal construction projects is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read/interpret design documents and specifications.
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Coordinate and track project activities and deliverables.
• Attend project meetings and produce clear, timely meeting minutes.
• Support and assist project team members (consultants and client staff).
• Prepare and update project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
