The individual will manage outreach initiatives, deliver grade-appropriate college readiness advising, and supervise university mentors. Additionally, the individual will expand the program’s outreach efforts by building partnerships with K–14 schools, higher education institutions, and community organizations to support and increase postsecondary enrollment.
This is a full-time, 2-year career position. The full salary range for the Regional Assistant Director is $59,500.00 - $102,300.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $68,250 annually. We base placement within these ranges on the individual's qualifications as they relate to this position.
