Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Regional Asset Protection and Safety Manager to lead shrink reduction and safety initiatives across the Tampa region. You will oversee security systems, audits, and safety programs while driving profitability and customer service.

You will collaborate with operations and store teams, conduct investigations, and train staff on loss prevention and safety standards. Strong analytics support and regulatory awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit Retail Asset Protection and Safety.
• Wicklander-Zulawski trained.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, manages and audits physical security within the region to ensure alarm, access control and CCTV standards.
• Conducts detailed business audits to identify shrink opportunities and margin erosion.
• Analyzes work environment to prevent accidents and improve safety.
• Partners with Region Operations and Store Team Leaders to improve loss prevention.
• Leads investigations related to Safety program compliance, theft and profit loss.
