The incumbent will monitor security systems, conduct audits, and drive data-informed improvements to protect profits while ensuring a safe environment for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit Retail Asset Protection and Safety.
• Wicklander-Zulawski trained.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit physical security systems (alarms, access control, CCTV) across the region.
• Lead shrink reduction and safety initiatives to protect assets and people.
• Analyze environments to prevent accidents and loss, and partner with store teams.
• Coordinate with Region Operations and Store Leaders to implement programs.
• Serve as SME and trainer for Asset Protection and Occupational Safety.
