• 5–7+ years of healthcare leadership experience within ASC or hospital surgical services.
• Experience overseeing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong budgeting, financial management, and performance improvement knowledge.
• Experience working with physicians, medical staff, and governing bodies.
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional operational and financial oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.
• Partner with facility leaders, physicians, medical staff, and governing boards to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Develop and monitor operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead and develop facility leadership teams.
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and performance management.
• Oversee quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient-experience initiatives.
• Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for service-line development and growth.
• Promote a culture focused on patient safety and collaboration.
