Qualifications

• Experience leading ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) or hospital surgery with ASC exposure.
• Ability to oversee multiple facilities and partner with physicians and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.
• Lead day-to-day facility operations with administrators, medical staff and boards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Support physician partnerships, credentialing, and medical staff relations.
• Lead facility leadership teams and oversee workforce planning and performance.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Oversee vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Partner with Home Office on reviews, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement.
