Job summary

United Surgical Partners International is seeking a Regional Surgery Center Administrator to oversee River Surgery Center of Modesto and Valley Surgical Center of Modesto in Modesto, CA. This role requires ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure.

The Regional Administrator will manage multiple facilities, drive financial and operational performance, and collaborate with physicians and leadership teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership exposure with ASC focus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ to 7 years of experience in executive healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and financial oversight for multiple ambulatory surgery facilities.
• Lead day-to-day facility operations with admins, medical staff, and boards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and address operational risks.
• Support physician partnerships, credentialing, and medical staff relations.
• Lead and develop facility leadership teams; oversee workforce planning and performance management.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives.
• Oversee vendor, service, and physician contracts.
• Partner with USPI Home Office on reviews, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement.
