The role requires 5+ years in multi-discipline project delivery, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while coordinating cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be onsite frequently to oversee field execution and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience on multi-discipline projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with customers in the area.
• Oversee and coordinate area execution with key clients.
• Advocate for service expansion across engineering, fabrication, construction, and automation.
• Coordinate with office PMs and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Facilitate regular project status updates and client meetings.
• Develop project scopes for brownfield proposals.
• Manage, develop, and recruit area execution team members.
• Be onsite at area office at least four days a week.
• Address and resolve project issues with clients.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization.
• Negotiate contract pricing when necessary.
