Qualifications

• Requires 1 year Master’s degree-level experience or 3 years Bachelor’s degree-level experience.
• Experience in public health/HAI/AR lab preferred.
• Data analysis experience using statistical software.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, analyzes, and disseminates antimicrobial resistance data and reports for AR Lab Network partners.
• Assists in epidemiology surveys and studies requiring laboratory testing expertise.
• Develops and implements AR Lab Network surveillance and response activities and procedures for specimen submission and test authorization.
• Implements data quality checks and strategies to improve data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Coordinates with state, regional, and federal partners to establish submission standards and maintain bidirectional communications.
• Conducts outreach and education to laboratories and stakeholders via webinars, trainings, and other means.
• Develops tools and resources to support laboratory submission and data entry.
• Supports sharing of best practices for data quality and submissions.
