The University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians) seeks Regional Anesthesiologists to join a growing program in Minneapolis, MN. The role includes regional and acute pain care across multiple specialties, teaching residents and fellows, and contributing to a robust research and education culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME Anesthesiology residency and Regional Anesthesiology fellowship training or substantial regional anesthesia experience.
• Board certified or eligible with ABA.
• Licensed or eligible for Minnesota medical licensure and able to obtain/maintain DEA certification.
• Meet credentialing/privileges requirements; able to work in the United States (visa as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide regional anesthesia and acute pain management for orthopedics, thoracic, oncology, gynecology, urology and pediatrics.
• Join a team of over 60 anesthesiologists and regional anesthesia faculty.
• Engage in teaching residents, fellows and regional/acute pain fellows while pursuing scholarly interests.
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance with protected academic time and well-being programs.
