Regional Anesthesiologist - Associate/Full Professor

The Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of regional anesthesiology. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. ABA certification in anesthesiology or status as a candidate in the examination system along with ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license are required. In addition, completion of fellowship training in regional anesthesiology and acute pain medicine or chronic pain medicine is required. Rank will be commensurate with experience.
The academic clinician track emphasizes clinical and teaching excellence. Applicants in mid-career are encouraged to apply.
