Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager for AHUS/HSCT-TMA to drive adoption across major academic centers, hospitals, and IDNs. You will build trusted relationships, educate providers on our therapies, and develop disease-specific account plans to optimize access and care pathways.

You will collaborate with SALs, FRMs, PEMs, TLLs, MSLs, and Market Access teams, ensuring compliant field execution and rapid patient access while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in specialty pharma or complex institutional selling.
• Proven track record with multi-stakeholder engagement in hospitals and IDNs.
• Ability to translate clinical data into actionable field strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals across the territory.
• Represent aHUS and HSCT-TMA, educating providers on therapies.
• Develop and execute account plans for major centers, IDNs, and community settings.
• Map stakeholders, patient journeys, and referral pathways to drive adoption.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions to enable therapy uptake.
• Educate on formulary access, reimbursement, and workflow considerations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet account objectives.
• Use CRM tools to track engagement and report on progress.
