Job summary
TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, promoting our All-in-One financial services platform and empowering agents with guidance and resources.
You will travel to events, conduct outreach, and serve as a trusted resource to help agents deliver exceptional service to clients. The role emphasizes recruiting, agent development, and collaboration with regional leadership to grow the network and improve financial outcomes for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
- Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; new hires must obtain within 90 days.
- Local and out-of-state traveling required for events and prospect visits.
- Must work weekends (once a month) to support local seminars and events.
Responsibilities
- Promote the All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and financial professionals.
- Outreach to prospects through cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
- Build relationships, participate in events, set up promotional booths, and distribute materials.
- Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting client financial needs.
- Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transition concepts.
